Pop Up Meditation:    

We’ve got a special pop up class running Saturday 14th of Feb  11.30-12.30 and Sunday 22nd feb 10.30-11.30am. So why not start your Valentine’s day the chilled way and revive and refresh the body, mind and soul with your coach Alice Grist!

 

YOGA – As well as our regular Thurs morning Yoga (check out that timetable at https://www.engineroomfitness.co.uk/timetable/) we are going to be running some flow yoga! So if you want to go with the flow keep your eyes peeled on facebook and the posters around the gym!

 

As we get older (no im not telling you how old 😉 ) we get a few niggles and aches and pains. Sometimes even when we’re not so old we get the odd injury which can flare up from time to time.

One of the most common injuries and joints prone to wear and tear are the knees. When we’re in pain it’s our bodies way of saying “whoaaaaa behave yourself,” and we should listen to it!
GOOD NEWS squats and lunges and exercises that are heavy on the knees aren’t the only way to tone the thighs and bum. So what do we have to help….

OUR BRAND NEW SPINNING ROOM –That’s right we’ve opened a whole room to jump on the bikes and get sweaty! Not only will you burn calories and improve your cardiovascular fitness its also a great stress reliever and due to the bikes a great low impact activity for those with niggly knees and hip issues!
