Strength Classes

A workout to tone, strengthen and re-shape you.

Body Pump – Weight training to music with easily adjustable weights. If you really want to change your body this is the workout for you.
Awesome Abs/Core Fusion* – 30 minutes of work on that crucial area.
LBT – Legs, Bums, Tums, Strengthen and tighten those important areas.

Strength and Cardio Classes

A mixture of toning and improving the efficiency of your heart and lungs.

Boxercise – A combination of kicks and punches giving you tough, full body workout.
Kettlercise Combat MX.– Kettle bell exercises with the added bonus of some combat tracks to lift the heart rate and burn fat.
Cycle +* – A combination of cycling, kettle bell and body weight exercises.
Metafit/Hiit Training* – A simple 30 min interval workout designed for optimal fat burning.
Zumba n LBT – Latin dance class with toning for your legs bums and tums.

Cardio Classes

A workout to lift your heart rate and burn calories.

Fitsteps – Fitness that’s “strictly” fun. The New Dance Fitness Phenomenon.
Cycling* – A 45 minute indoor-cycling class for all shapes and sizes. Works those legs, abs, bums, heart and lungs. (Booking advised)
Zumba – Latin dance class.

Mind body

For easing stress and tension and giving you a great sense of wellbeing.
Yoga – A series of postures designed to build strength, improve flexibility and release tension. A real treat for your body.

Pilates – Improve strength, flexibility and balance.

Under 18s

Classes for the little engine room fans!

Teen Gym–  Covering weight lifting, conditioning, plyometrics and sports performance. Ages 12-18years.

Fitkids-  Fitness Class for 8-12 year olds.
