Strength Classes

A workout to tone, strengthen and re-shape you.

Pump – Weight training to music with easily adjustable weights. If you really want to change your body this is the workout for you.
LBT –
Legs, Bums, Tums, Strengthen and tighten those important areas.
Lift Lean – 
Strength Training made simple.  Lift lean uses a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises to build strength, improve muscle tone, and boost metabolism.

Strength and Cardio Classes

A mixture of toning and improving the efficiency of your heart and lungs

Circuits – A combination of cardio and resistance training, for a full body workout.
LIIT/Hiit – Low Intensity Interval Training is a cardio workout that has repeated bouts of low intensity exercises combined with short periods of rest.  Think of it like going for a steady jog, cycle or swim.  Liit is on the spot bodyweight exercises.  It’s a great way to build your aerobic fitness and strength.  It’s easy to do, fun, varied and time-efficient.

Cardio Classes

A workout to lift your heart rate and burn calories.

Cycling* – A high intensity low impact spin class for all shapes and sizes. Works those legs, abs, bums, heart and lungs.
Zumba – Latin dance class.

Mind body

For easing stress and tension and giving you a great sense of wellbeing

Yoga – A series of postures designed to build strength, improve flexibility and release tension. A real treat for your body.
Yoga Flow – As the name suggests the movements flow together.  An excellent option for people who are somewhat restless, as it allows you to move around more.  You become fully absorbed in what you’er doing.  It has many health benefits including reducing stiffness and stress.

Pilates – If you’re looking to strengthen your core, improve your posture and your overall fitness level and strength, go for Pilates.
