Strength Classes

A workout to tone, strengthen and re-shape you.

Body Pump – Weight training to music with easily adjustable weights. If you really want to change your body this is the workout for you.
Static Circuit – A mix of full body HIIT, resistance and body weight exercises.
Awesome Abs* – 30 minutes of work on that crucial area.
LBT – Legs, Bums, Tums, Strengthen and tighten those important areas.
Lift – Utilises weights to build a strong and healthy body and turn you into a fat burning machine.

Strength and Cardio Classes

A mixture of toning and improving the efficiency of your heart and lungs

Boxercise – A combination of kicks and punches giving you tough, full body workout
Shift – uses bodyweight as the tool to develop speed, balance and agility. You will build fitness as you sweat through simple progressions that work for all fitness levels.

Cardio Classes

A workout to lift your heart rate and burn calories.

Strictly Fitsteps – Fitness that’s “strictly” fun. The New Dance Fitness Phenomenon.
Cycling* – A 45 minute indoor-cycling class for all shapes and sizes. Works those legs, abs, bums, heart and lungs. (Booking advised)
Zumba – Latin dance class.

Mind body

For easing stress and tension and giving you a great sense of wellbeing

Yoga – A series of postures designed to build strength, improve flexibility and release tension. A real treat for your body.
Yoga/Pilates – A dynamic Yoga with extra toning for the abs and glutes
Pilates – Improve strength, flexibility and balance.

Under 18s

Classes for the little engine room fans!

Teen Gym–  Covering weight lifting, conditioning, plyometrics and sports performance. Ages 12-18years.

Fitkids-  Fitness Class for 8-12 year olds.
