We have a new cycle plus class on Tuesday 5th March 8.30-9.15pm.  Cycle plus offers the ultimate in cross training.  In 45mins you’ll get a tatol body workout from head to toe.  You’ll warm up on the bike and then be challenged to steep inclines, smooth flats and awesome intervals.  Interspersed throughout the ride are strength bouts to tone your upper and core which keep all your muscles firing from start to finish.
