Refund & Cancellation Policy

3 month memberships cannot be frozen or transfer to other person in any circumstances.

 

6 month or annual memberships may be frozen in the event that you DEVELOP a medical condition which prevents you from using the services on an on going basis.  An appropriate medical practitioner must provide written evidence that is so.  You must inform us in writing BEFORE you intend to freeze your membership.  The freeze period is available only once and cannot be extended.  However it may be between 1 and 6 months.

 

24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of  a class, induction, diet consultation or personal training session, booking.

 

Cancellation within 24 hours will not be refunded

 

Cancellation prior to 24 hours will receive a credit towards a future class based on availability and similar cost.
