My regular prices are £35 for one session and £300 for a block of 10 sessions.
I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer. I am committed to helping you achieve your goals, whether you are trying to lose weight, train for an event or just want to enhance your quality of life. My sport of choice is cycling and I am passionate about getting more people out on two wheels.
1 to 1 sessions £25 p/hr (£250 for 12)
2 to 1 sessions (you can train with a friend and split the cost) £35 p/hr (£300 for 12)
I also offer self-administer training programmes. These are great for those who need a steer in the right direction but aren’t sure about 1 to 1 training. These start from £49.

All personal training programmes and packages are personalised to help the individual achieve their personal health and fitness goals. Each client gets assessed and measured before any training begins, and monitored throughout their training programmes to insure they are making progress towards their goals.
