Nordic Walking

Every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month Nordic Walking Oadby meets up to walk through the beautiful Brocks Hill Country Park. Nordic walking is suitable for ALL levels of fitness and burns up to 46% more calories than regular walking, whilst still being easy on the knees and joints. Besides the obvious health benefits you get to meet some wonderful like minded people and have a great afternoon out!

Every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month  9.30am-10.30am

Meeting at Brocks Hills Country Park, Oadby

Only £4 per session.

Please wear walking shoes or trainers, bring spare shoes for your journey home, we often get muddy! Don’t worry poles are provided and there is no experience necessary.

Walks for up to 10 people are available at  Brocks Hill Country Park, Washbrook Lane, Oadby, Leicester,

£35 per hour for up to 10 people
