We run a wide range of classes throughout the day including, HIIT Training, Kettlercise, Body Pump, Indoor Cycling, fitsteps, Zumba and Yoga.

Strength

A workout to tone, strengthen and re-shape you.

Body pump >>
This is a weight training class done to music. Using free weights and a step you’ll be sculpting your body by toning those muscles and increasing your muscular endurance. You will work each muscle group in turn throughout the class giving you a full body work out and in the process you’ll be burning fat and getting right into the music!This class is suitable for all abilities and works the whole body – Come give it a go and watch your body change before your eyes!
Ultimate abs/Core Fusion* >>
Trade in your usual set of sit ups for the proven belly flatteners in our ultimate abs class. You will work all the way around your core. This 360 degree assault will actually bring your belly in an inch or two and change the appearance of your abs. Its time to relearn how to exercise your abs!

This class combines elements of martial arts with a cardio workout; not only will this aerobic workout raise your heart rate and keep you fighting fit, it can be great stress relief too. Perfect for those of us needing to release a little frustration, with the added bonus that you’re training the rest of your body at the same time, as well as improving your coordination and agility!
Kettlercise >>
Do you want to lose weight, tone your hips, bum and thighs and have flat abs fast? Kettlercise uses one piece of equipment, a kettle bell. The main difference between lifting weights and kettlercise is that the goal of kettlercise is to provide an overall total body workout; working not only your arms but also helping you reshape your hips, bum and thighs. This is an easy to follow program to set you on your way to a leaner more toned body.

Zumba blends Latin and international music with fitness and dance based moves to form a “fitness party” that is downright addictive! It’s fun and easy to do. You don’t have to know how to dance to do Zumba. It’s a feel good workout that puts a smile on your face and is a great way to lose weight, tone up and increase cardio strength.  Includes a section of toning for your Legs, Bums and Tums.
